1 Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings specified below in their respective contexts:

• "Platform" refers to the 99cat website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's own registered gaming account.
• "Wallet" refers to the financial balance linked to an account.

3 Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on the 99cat platform, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, the account will be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 99cat bears no liability if this information is shared with a third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
• Upon a request for identity verification (KYC), users must provide the required documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 99cat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (across all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 1 hour.
• Deposit & withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

Users must ensure that the payment method used for deposits is registered in their own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited, and funds may not be returned in such cases.

99cat reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Payments may be temporarily held if fraudulent or unusual activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

99cat offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Accepting these bonuses means you agree to the terms described below.

Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total wallet balance to ৳2,000.

• Wagering requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same household will be considered fraudulent.
• All wagering requirements must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• 99cat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to gaming activities conducted on the 99cat platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which are provided within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read them before starting a game.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or disconnection, 99cat will endeavor to refund the relevant stake where applicable.
• If an incorrect payout is made due to a software error or human mistake, 99cat reserves the right to reclaim the excess amount.

• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to operate games.

• Bonus abuse or repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

8 Intellectual Property

• Users are granted limited, personal, and non-commercial permission to use the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99cat will not be liable for the following:

• Temporary service interruptions due to unforeseen technical issues.
